We redesigned a 20-year-old software using modern technologies and updated UX & UI principles. This system is used by the most car manufacturers, such as Mercedes and Ferrari, in authorized service centers.

I worked in an agile, I handled tickets in JIRA on weekly sprints, documented various processes in Confluence based on feedback from user interviews, and ultimately designed a UX & UI-friendly interface, then tested the outputs both online and offline in various automotive service centers.
